Links I have found helpful

Below are links to great educational and informational websites on Canine Addison's Disease. Links are included within these websites that were very helpful also. I encourage anyone who is interested in herbs as a complementary therapy to research the herb first so you know what you are giving. Even though they are herbs and considered natural, they are still medicinal and can potentially interact with meds your animal is on.

Simple explanations of Addison's, medications, lab values, etc.

A wonderful website provided by the manufacturer of Percorten. It gives a comprehensive, but more in depth description of Addison's Disease: http://informatics.vetmed.vt.edu/novartis/percorten.html

Excellent site describing different dogs and their experience with Addison's Disease. Includes dogs that benefited from complementary therapy:

A wonderful website that I have been frequenting before I got Atlas. I used it to research the breed to make sure we were right for one another. They have wonderful information on breed specific issues as well as a plethora of links to other websites. Excellent resource for Great Dane owners.
